While I am a certified Holistic Massage Therapist, psychic and spiritual work is not usually an academic vocation, this work is often passed on from person to person and generation to generation. I grew up in a highly sensitive family with three psychic sisters. This was a stimulating environment where growth in psycho-spiritual exploration was encouraged. I have been trained and inspired to develop a way of Spiritual and Distant Healing by Patricia MacManaway at the Westbank Natural Health Centre in Scotland. She taught me to work confidently with humans and animals alike. I am also a dowser, and am on the British Society of Dowsers' Professional Register for Dowsing for Health. My other teachers include my husband Sig Lonegren, my Dutch and American sisters, daughters and sons, Sabrina Dearborn & William Bloom, Felicity Jay, Rosina Nash-Smith, Kathy Jones, Elaine Thomas and many other people I have met on the way. |

Psychic Bodywork - 1A Surprising Combination of a Psychic Reading and Energy Balancing Bodywork When you come to my healing studio for Psychic Bodywork, I will ask you to lie fully clothed, face down on the massage table (see picture below). First, I will tune in with my hands on your spine and see your Core Colour, the colour I will work with during our session. You can also work with this colour after our time together. (Energies do change, should you feel you need another colour to bring relaxation to your system, please use the first colour that comes to your mind after you have had that awareness). Some places I touch might be quite sensitive. We will work together on these spots by visualising the Core Colour there. I work with my eyes closed, my hands sense the most effective places where to work on your back and then images appear. I see colours and pictures that show the energies present in your aura. I also see your animal and plant allies and spirit guides, they all have a message for you. I will tune in to your heart energy and see the image of where you are right now in your life. You will meet the elementals that can help you on your path. You will hear practical suggestions on how to take the next step in your spiritual growth and how to work on your inner questions; a theme will soon become clear. After this session, while I am making your body chart, it is time for you to ask questions. You might find this Psychic Bodywork to be a sound way of dealing with issues in your life - past and present - as it brings calm to mind, body and soul. Some clients have likened their session with me to an energetic detox. Is an hour too much for you time-wise? I also offer the above Psychic Bodywork in half hour sessions, they are just as effective psychically as the hour sessions, however, I do less of the Bodywork.
